We create our floral designs with each couple’s love story at their heart. Our à la mode creations use architectural elements to invoke a sense of drama and passion, and our contemporary colour palettes add to their luxurious, elegant feel. Each design is created with seasonal flowers, ensuring that, once entwined with your story, they will be truly unique and form a key element to your special day.

Step One

Tell me your Story

We’ll organise an initial consultation where we can share your story with us as well as any ideas, visions and plans you already have for your wedding day. Jasmine & Jasper will then suggest ways to create your desired look with the seasonal flowers and foliage available at that time of year.

Step Two

Your Bespoke Proposal

A bespoke proposal will be created based on your consultation, detailing the style, colour palette and seasonal options discussed. It will also include an overview of the costs involved and a mood board full of visual delights to help you see what beautiful designs we will create together.

Step Three

set the date

Acceptance of your proposal should be received within 14 days of receipt, along with a booking fee of £500. This secures your date, so we can block out our diaries and plan to make your dream wedding come true.

Step Four

Let’s Stay in Touch

We want you to feel completely happy every step of the way, and we love hearing from you, so we encourage you to contact us with any questions you may have throughout your wedding planning process. We will be on hand to answer any burning question that may pop into your head at 4am, although we may wait until 9am to answer you, just in case you managed to get back to sleep.

Step Five

Payment Balance

Your final payment will be due one month before the wedding, and because we know you’ll have rather a lot on your mind, we’ll send you a gentle reminder email a week before.

Step Six

Your Wedding Day

We will transport your beautiful blooms to your wedding venue and provide a full installation service, ensuring your floral details are perfectly set to be one of the design highlights of your special day.

Step Seven

The Following Day

We will return to the venue to retrieve any items you may have hired, and to allow you to fully utilise all flowers and foliage as you wish. We have several options for repurposing your wedding flowers, which we can discuss at the initial consultation. We are also happy to liaise directly with the venue on this day, so you can relax and enjoy the first day of your married life together.

We can create a cohesive look for your wedding day, using architectural flowers and foliage to dramatic effect and elevate your styling with luxurious detailing.

Budgeting for your flowers

We have created this guide to our pricing and packages so you can budget for your day.

Accents Collection

£3000 - £3,500

Examples of these would be bouquets, buttonholes, corsages, ceremony displays, top table displays, centrepieces, chair ends and cake flowers.

Statement Collection

£3,500 - £5,000

This includes pieces from the Accents Collection, plus a statement installation such as a broken arch, a full staircase or a gallery display.

Abundance Collection

£5,000+

Everything in the Accent and Statement Collections is included, plus additional venue decoration, such as a second statement piece and floral styling.

FAQS

What’s included in the price?

Everything.

What you see in your proposal is what you pay, there are no hidden costs. As well as your wedding flowers, the fee includes an initial consultation with Rebecca lasting up to one hour and a final 30 minute meeting approximately 6 weeks before the wedding.

Any additional meetings will incur a charge of £25 per hour.

What’s the payment schedule and how can we pay?

When you commission Bijoux Floral Design, we ask for a £200 booking fee to secure your date. The final balance is due one month before your wedding. We accept payments via bank transfer.

What happens if you are ill?

Rebecca works with a team of independent florists, so in the unlikely event of injury or illness, she would enlist the help of another skilled professional who has a similar style.

Is VAT included?

Yes, VAT is included in all prices.

Do you set everything up or do we need to get someone to do that?

Rebecca or a member of the team will set up the venue on your behalf. If the room needs to be transformed between your ceremony and the wedding breakfast, we’ll brief your other suppliers and clearly demonstrate how it should look. If the design is intricate or you would like us to stay, we’re happy to do so, but this may incur an additional charge.

Where do you work from?

Rebecca works from a beautiful studio in her hometown at the foot of the cotswolds. She doesn’t own a shop, so she’s able to focus all her time and creative flair on your wedding flowers.

Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured.

Is delivery and set up included in the price?

Delivery and set up are charged separately, but the cost will be clearly stated in your proposal.

We would like someone else to do other floral displays, is this ok?

To ensure the look is cohesive Bijoux Floral Design will be the only florist providing flowers for the event, no other persons (including yourself, family members, stylist or friends) or business will be allowed to provide flowers, unless you have flowers being provided by the venue as part of your package.
